• Inputs (images/files) uploaded to our service are deleted within 3 days; generated results may be retained briefly so you can access them. We do not use your inputs for other purposes.

All content on Head Swap Lab, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Head Swap Lab or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Purchases, Credits, and Subscriptions

• Purchases may provide Head Swap Lab credits ("Credits"), a virtual credit used to access premium features ("Membership Services").
• Credits may only be used within Head Swap Lab for the designated features.
• Credits are not redeemable for cash or other goods or services and may not be transferred to other users.
• All purchases are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

7. Prohibited Activities

• Interfere with or disrupt the services or other users.
• Attempt unauthorized access to any portion of the services or related systems.
• Use the services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the services at any time, without notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or harms other users or our business.

• We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
